General conditions of carriage
Check in time
Passenger must check-in 45 minutes before the scheduled
departure time on all flights.
Freight &Excess Baggage
On all services the luggage is 15kilos. This allowance
includes all hand luggage. When excess baggage is
carried it will be charged at the prevailing freight
charges
The company
The company is not responsible for any direct
or consequential costs resulting from any delays to
its services.
Infants and children
Infants under 2 years of age are carried free
provided they do not occupy a seat.
Children under the age of 12years of age are required
to pay 60% of adult fare.
