However, we have since diversified into other markets all around the world to become one of the leading and reliable Destination Management Company in East Africa. Our market share has now grown to include Germany, France, Italy, United Kingdom, Scandinavia, Japan, China, USA and South Africa.

Our up to date communication tools help to maintain a quick turn around response to the queries and requests from all over the world. Our product department, based in Nairobi (head office), works closely with the local suppliers to negotiate the best possible rates with the various service providers. We make sure that the services and products are of an appropriate standard for our clients.

We are a member of KATO - The Kenya Association of Tour Operators, the leading tourism trade association representing over 200 experienced professional tour operators in Kenya. As a member, we observe a strict code of conduct and ensure professional business outlook at all times.

We are a dynamic and service orientated team with 3 offices in Nairobi, Mombasa and Arusha and continuously excel in arranging all aspects of inbound travel, including: Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zanzibar and Rwanda. Our services range from travel documentation, meet and greet services, transport, transfers, accommodation, trains, flights, safaris, scheduled and tailor-made tours, meetings and incentives to excursions.

We have our own fleet of over 86 minibuses and 4x4WD Land cruiser. All are fitted with long range HF radio, a fire extinguisher, a medical/first aid kit. All the vehicles are maintained and serviced within the company precincts by staff and mechanics that are on stand by round the clock. We also have back up vehicles in case of mechanical break downs. There are over eighty six driver guides who are highly trained in safari guiding techniques.
