Kuoni Mara Bushtops is a five star luxury tented camp situated in the Mara Siana Wildlife Conservancy just 5 KM from the Sekenani Gate to the Masai Mara. The Mara Siana Wildlife Conservancy spans over 60 000 hectares and is home to an abundance of wildlife.
The camp can be reached by road from Nairobi via Narok. However due to this access roads current condition, it is recommended you travel by air. The nearest Airstrip is Siana Springs (10 minutes to drive to Kuoni Mara Bushtops) or alternatively Keekorok Airstip (30 minutes to drive to Kuoni Mara Bushtops) There are daily, scheduled flights from Mombasa and Nairobi/Wilson Airport to Masai Mara.

Tents
There are 12 luxury tents each with its own special view. The tents are spacious and open up to three sides. Each has its own outside sunken tub and shower. The private wooden decks with comfortable loungers invite for relaxing and game viewing. A Telescope is provided on each verenda.
The interior has been tastefully coordinated and comfort is our priority. The tents boast large comfort beds with mosquito nets, a writing desk, dining table and ensuite bathroom . Tent service is available 24 hours.
Early morning coffee and tea with homemade pastries are served to the tent after the wake up call.
There is laundry and valet service available.
We can provide one extra bed per tent. Children are welcome at Kuoni Mara Bushtops. However, the recommended minimum age is 7 years.

Reception
The Reception and lounge with its wooden decking is uniquely perched on top of a hill with a stunning view of the Masai Mara. Internet service is available, with refreshments served from our bar.

Infinity Pool
Adjacent to the reception is an infinity pool where you can enjoy a cooling dip after your safari. There is a sundeck with sun loungers. A perfect spot to relax.

Restaurant & Lounge
The Restaurant and Lounge overlooks the watering hole which also features a natural salt lick attracting an abundance of game. The camp fire is a perfect location for that evening sundowner.
The restaurant offers fine a la carte dining. Everything is home made and fresh herbs from our herb garden are used to complement the dishes.
The comfortable Lounge adjacent to the Restaurant provides warmth from a central fire place with access to the library.

Wine Cellar
Kuoni Mara Bushtops has a unique wine cellar where the climatic conditions are controlled by using ancient refrigeration technologies with the use of charcoal. There is a carefully selected range of wines from different parts of the world.

Game Drives
Game Drives are conducted in specially converted Toyota Land cruisers for optimum game viewing. Our drivers are certified, minimum bronze level, KAPSG driver guides.
We offer early morning game drives, half day, full day game drives as well as night game drives.

Extra activities
Game drives, walking safaris, bush pic nics, walking on the Sekanani Hills, bird watching, Masai Cultural outings, fishing at Lake Victoria, hilltop bonfire sun downers.

Balloon Safaris
Balloon Safaris are available from Kuoni Mara Bushtops. Please contact us for your booking. The balloon safari packages includes transfers, the balloon flight, a freshly cooked champagne breakfast after the flight, a flight certificate and return transfer to camp.

Sole use of Safari vehicle
This is available upon request and depends on availability.

Insurance cover
Kuoni Mara Bushtops is managed by Orion Hotels Limited who has taken out an insurance cover. However it is a condition of using the services of Kuoni Mara Bushtops for each visitor, whether booked directly or through an agent, to have adequate insurance cover against all risks associated with travel in Africa and it is a requirement that all travellers take out adequate travel and medical insurance prior to departure to Kenya. Neither the management of Kuoni Mara Bushtops or Orion Hotels Limited shall be liable in any way for the loss of damages or injury and death arising from any incident that may occur whilst using the services provided by the Kuoni Mara Bushtops and Orion Hotels Limited.
