Day 1 – Nairobi – Samburu

Pick up from the hotel and drive north through beautiful green landscapes and mountains, stopping in the Mount Kenya area for lunch at Trout Tree Restaurant. Proceed to Samburu Game reserve arriving around 1600 hours. Game drive in this dry and rugged reserve, with peculiar animals only found in the north. Check into the lodge for dinner and overnight at Samburu Serena Lodge or similar.

Day 2 – Samburu – Mount Kenya

Early morning game drive in Samburu at 0630 hours, breakfast and then drive to Mount Kenya area arriving at Sweetwaters Tented Camp in time for lunch. After lunch, game drive in the private sancruary with excellent chances of seeing the resident rhino. Proceed to the luxurious club for dinner and overnight at Mount Kenya Safari Club

Day 3 Mount Kenya - Aberdares

Leisurely breakfast at the club then set out for the Aberdares. Arrive at base hotel for lunch. After lunch, transfer by special transport through the salient and into the Treehotel. From the comfort of your balcony, you can watch animals as they come to drink water and lick salt from floodlit waterholes. Dinner and overnight at The Ark or similar

Day 4 Aberdares - Nairobi

Breakfast and then drive back to Nairobi arriving by lunchtime. Drop off at the hotel / airport.
